건설사와 싸움 대신하는 '하자보수 전담팀' 신설

안장헌 아산시장 예비후보가 아파트 입주민들의 경제적 부담을 획기적으로 낮추고, 부실시공 및 하자보수 문제를 지자체가 직접 해결하는 내용을 골자로 한 '주거 혁신 공약'을 발표했다.
그동안 개별 단지와 입주민이 알아서 해결해야 했던 관리 문제를 시정의 핵심 과제로 격상시켜 '허울뿐인 지원'을 끝내겠다는 의지다.
안 예비후보는 신축 아파트의 고질적인 문제인 부실시공과 하자보수 지연을 해결하기 위해 시장 직속의 '하자보수 전담팀' 신설을 약속했다.
