【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=한국사학진흥재단이 2026년 1차 직원 공개채용에 나선다. 이번 채용은 고등교육 혁신성장을 이끌 우수 인재 확보를 목표로 진행된다.
재단은 정규직 6명(행정 신입, 컨설팅 경력 등), 무기계약직 4명, 기간계약직 9명, 체험형 청년인턴 5명 등 모두 24명을 선발할 계획이다. 채용 분야는 컨설팅, 행정, 회계, 법무, 전산, 보안 등 13개에 달하며, 공개경쟁과 제한경쟁 방식을 병행해 진행한다. 장애인과 취업지원대상자에 대한 특별채용도 함께 실시된다.
전형은 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 블라인드 방식으로 이뤄진다. 정규직의 경우 서류전형과 필기시험, 1·2차 면접을 거쳐 선발하며, 기간계약직과 체험형 청년인턴은 서류전형과 최종 면접만 진행된다.
원서 접수는 오는 3월 18일부터 25일 오후 4시까지 재단 채용 홈페이지에서 온라인으로 진행된다. 다만 회계 분야 무기계약직은 상시채용 방식으로, 10월 30일까지 지원서를 받고 전형을 매월 실시할 예정이다.
최종 합격자는 결격사유 조회 절차를 거쳐 7월 1일 임용된다.
이하운 이사장은 “사립대학의 지속가능한 발전과 AX 기반 디지털 혁신을 선도할 창의적 인재들의 많은 지원을 바란다”고 밝혔다.
지원자는 이력서와 자기소개서를 직무 중심으로 작성하고, 자격증·경력증명서 등 관련 서류를 갖춰야 한다. 특히 블라인드 채용 원칙에 따라 사진, 출신학교, 나이, 결혼 여부 등 차별 소지가 있는 항목은 일절 기재하지 않아야 한다.

The Korea Private School Foundation (KSF) will launch its first round of open recruitment for 2026. This recruitment process aims to secure outstanding talent to drive innovative growth in higher education.
The foundation plans to hire a total of 24 positions, including six full-time positions (including new administrative positions and consulting experience), four permanent contract positions, nine fixed-term contract positions, and five experiential youth intern positions. Recruitment will cover 13 fields, including consulting, administration, accounting, legal affairs, IT, and security, and will be conducted through both open and limited competition.
