대전 서구, 의료급여관리사 대상 현장 안전 교육으로 “위험 대비 실무 강화”

대전 서구가 의료급여관리사들의 현장 안전을 최우선으로 한 실무 교육을 실시했다. 11일 구청 드림상담실에서 열린 이번 교육은 장기 입원 환자 퇴원 관리와 지역 돌봄 연계 업무 중 발생할 수 있는 위험에 대처하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.

의료급여관리사는 1인당 평균 300명(2025년 기준)의 사례를 담당하며, 건강관리와 지역사회 정착을 지원한다. 교육 내용은 민원 응대, 위생 관리, 감염병 예방 등 실전 요령 중심으로, 현장 방문 시 안전 수칙을 강조했다.
