대전 대덕구가 여성친화도시 정책의 일환으로 ‘대덕열린마루’를 개소하며 주민 중심 활동 공간을 새롭게 열었다.
11일 대덕구육아복합마더센터 내 조성된 이 공간은 현판 제막식을 통해 공식 출범했으며, 여성 소모임·지역 네트워크 형성·역량 강화 프로그램 운영을 지원하는 생활 밀착형 거점으로 자리매김할 전망이다.
공유부엌과 연계한 주민 참여 프로그램을 통해 여성들의 일상 속 네트워킹을 확대하는 데 초점을 맞췄다. 제막식 후 구 관계자들은 내부 시설을 시찰하며 운영 준비를 점검했다.
대덕구 관계자는 “여성친화도시가 현장에서 실현되도록 안정적 운영 기반을 다지겠다”고 밝혔다. 대덕구는 이미 주민참여단 운영과 여성친화 아카데미 등 다양한 프로그램으로 여성 정책을 강화해왔다.
