국민의힘 충남도당, 광역의원 공직후보자 공모에 총 67명 신청

국민의힘 충남도당이 제9회 전국동시지방선거를 앞두고 실시한 광역의원 공직후보자 공모에 총 67명이 몰렸다. 

지역구 광역의원에는 62명, 비례대표 광역의원에는 5명이 신청해 본선 공천 경쟁이 본격화됐다.

충남도당에 따르면 광역의원 후보 공모는 이달 5일부터 10일까지 6일간 온라인 접수 방식으로 진행됐다. 

당 공천관리위원회는 이들을 대상으로 서류 심사와 면접, 경선 등을 순차적으로 진행한 뒤 공정하고 객관적인 심사를 거쳐 최종 공천 대상자를 확정할 방침이다.

A total of 67 candidates applied for the South Chungcheong Provincial Chapter's local council candidate application ahead of the 9th nationwide local elections.

Sixty-two candidates applied for local district seats and five for proportional representation seats, marking the beginning of a fierce competition for the general election nominations.
