대전시교육청이 2022 개정 교육과정에 따른 고교학점제 완전 도입을 지원하기 위해 ‘진로·학업 설계 지원단’을 가동한다.
대전진로융합교육원이 주도하는 이번 상담은 학생 개개인의 진로에 맞춘 과목 선택과 자기주도 학업 계획 수립을 돕는 것을 목표로 한다.
온라인 상담은 교육부 ‘함께학교’ 플랫폼의 ‘진로·학업 설계 컨설팅’ 메뉴로 언제 어디서나 이용 가능해 바쁜 학부모에게 안성맞춤이다. 오프라인은 매월 2·4주 수요일 야간에 열리며, 1학년 대상으로 우선 운영된다.
중3 학생은 2학기부터 지원받을 수 있다. 신청은 ‘대전교육알리미’ 앱에서 간편하게 이뤄진다.
지원단은 이미 지난 3월 5일 워크숍을 통해 상담 역량을 키웠으며, 앞으로도 교육과정·입시 동향 교육으로 전문성을 유지한다.
정선희 대전진로융합교육원장은 “미래 변화에 학생 스스로 대응할 수 있도록, 전문 상담으로 진로 설계의 첫걸음을 돕겠다”고 밝혔다.
대전시교육청은 이를 통해 대전 학생들의 맞춤형 학업 설계 문턱을 크게 낮출 전망이다.

The Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education is launching its "Career and Academic Planning Support Team" to support the full implementation of the high school credit system in accordance with the revised 2022 curriculum.
This consultation, led by the Daejeon Career Convergence Education Center, aims to help students select courses tailored to their individual career paths and develop self-directed academic plans.
Online consultations are available anytime, anywhere through the "Career and Academic Planning Consulting" menu on the Ministry of Education's "Together School" platform, making them ideal for busy parents. Offline consultations are held on Wednesday evenings every second and fourth week of the month, initially targeting first-year students.
Middle school third-year students are eligible for support starting in the second semester. Applications can be easily made through the "Daejeon Education Information" app.
The support team has already developed its consulting capabilities through a workshop held on March 5th and will continue to maintain its expertise through education on curriculum and college entrance exam trends.
Jeong Seon-hee, Director of the Daejeon Career Convergence Education Center, stated, "We will provide professional counseling to help students take the first step toward career planning, enabling them to adapt to future changes on their own."
Through this initiative, the Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education expects to significantly lower the barriers to accessing customized academic planning for Daejeon students.
