중구청은 11일 구청 상황실에서 지역 내 7개 기관과 ‘중구 온(ON), 함께 돌봄’ 통합돌봄 지역특화사업의 안정적인 추진을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이날 협약은 돌봄이 필요한 주민들이 살던 곳에서 건강하게 생활을 이어갈 수 있도록 각종 지역 자원을 유기적으로 연계해, 대상자 중심의 통합지원 체계를 강화하는 데 목적이 있다.
협약식에는 류규하 중구청장을 비롯해 의료기관인 으뜸병원, 우리들병원, 남산병원과 방문운동 수행기관인 위드의원, 재가노인돌봄센터인 어르신마을과 삼덕재가노인돌봄센터, 중구지역자활센터 등 7개 기관 관계자들이 참석했다.
이번 협약에 따라 각 기관은 통합 돌봄 대상자 발굴 및 의뢰, 기관 간 서비스 연계와 정보 공유, 통합지원회의 참여, 위기 상황 공동 대응, 통합 돌봄 관련 교육과 홍보 등 다양한 분야에서 협력하게 된다. 중구청은 사업의 총괄 운영과 기관 간 연계·지원 역할을 맡는다.
류규하 중구청장은 “이번 협약은 공공과 민간이 함께 만드는 촘촘한 돌봄 네트워크의 출발점”이라며 “관계 기관과 긴밀히 협력해 중구형 통합돌봄이 안정적으로 정착할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Under this agreement, the agencies will collaborate in various areas, including identifying and referring eligible individuals for integrated care, linking services and sharing information between agencies, participating in integrated support meetings, jointly responding to crisis situations, and providing education and publicity related to integrated care. The Jung-gu Office will oversee the overall operation of the project and provide interagency coordination and support.
Jung-gu Mayor Ryu Gyu-ha stated, "This agreement marks the starting point for a robust public-private care network. We will work closely with relevant agencies to ensure the stable establishment of Jung-gu's integrated care system."
