대전일자리경제진흥원이 운영하는 대전사회적경제혁신타운이 지역 주민과 사회적경제기업 간의 소통을 강화하고 시민들의 문화 향유 기회를 넓히기 위해 다채로운 ‘시민 참여형 프로그램’을 상시 운영한다.
이번 프로그램은 단순한 교육을 넘어 시민들이 직접 콘텐츠를 생산하고 전문 장비를 다뤄볼 수 있는 실습형 과정 위주로 구성됐다. 주요 운영 내용은 다음과 같다.
먼저 디지털 제조 역량 강화를 위해 제품연구개발실을 개방한다. 3D 프린터, 레이저 커팅기, UV 프린터 등 평소 접하기 어려운 전문 장비를 활용한 기초 교육과 시제품 제작 체험이 총 30회에 걸쳐 진행된다.
공동체미디어실에서는 지역 기반의 미디어 활동 활성화를 목표로 방송 장비 활용법과 콘텐츠 제작 과정을 전수한다. 시민들이 직접 라디오 프로그램을 기획하고 제작해보는 실전 교육이 연간 40회 운영될 예정이다.
인문학적 소양을 넓히는 ‘책으로 여는 혁신타운’도 눈길을 끈다. 지역 작가와 시민이 직접 만나 대화를 나누는 특강이 연간 6회 마련되어 지역 서사 공유의 장 역할을 한다.
또한 공동작업장과 AI 교육실에서는 실생활과 밀접한 실습 위주의 커리큘럼이 제공된다. 제과(피낭시에, 까눌레 등) 및 떡 제조(콩설기, 인절미 등), 바리스타 과정 등 12회의 실습 교육과 더불어 미래 산업 대응을 위한 AI 전문 교육이 병행된다.
