대구사이버대 놀이·미술치료학과, 발달재활서비스 교육과정 운영학과 인증

【브레이크뉴스 경산】이성현 기자=대구사이버대학교(총장 이근용)는 보건복지부가 시행하는 발달재활서비스 제공인력 자격관리사업과 관련한 ‘제5회 발달재활서비스 교육과정 운영학과’ 심사에서 놀이치료학과와 미술치료학과가 최종 인정받았다고 밝혔다.

발달재활서비스 제공인력은 장애아동 복지지원법에 근거해 발달 지연 및 장애 아동을 대상으로 언어·행동·놀이·미술 등 다양한 영역에서 재활과 발달 지원 서비스를 제공하는 전문 인력이다. 관련 학과에서 지정된 교과목을 이수하면 발달재활서비스 제공인력으로 활동할 수 있는 자격 요건을 갖추게 된다.

이번 인정으로 대구사이버대학교 놀이치료학과와 미술치료학과 재학생들은 발달재활서비스 제공인력으로 활동하기 위한 체계적인 교육과정을 공식적으로 인정받게 됐다.

또한 대구사이버대학교 대학원 미술상담학과 역시 ‘미술심리재활’ 영역의 운영학과로 인정받아 학부와 대학원 과정 모두에서 발달재활 및 아동치료 분야 전문 인력 양성을 위한 교육 기반을 마련하게 됐다.

해당 학과들은 아동 발달 및 치료 분야 전문성 강화를 위해 발달심리, 아동상담, 치료이론, 사례분석 등 이론 교육과 함께 사례 관리 중심의 현장 교육과정을 운영하고 있으며, 발달재활 및 아동치료 분야 전문 인력 양성을 위해 교육과정을 지속적으로 고도화하고 있다.

이근용 대구사이버대학교 총장은 “이번 발달재활서비스 제공인력 운영학과 인증은 대학이 발달재활 및 아동치료 분야에서 전문 인력 양성 역량을 공식적으로 인정받은 의미 있는 성과”라며 “앞으로도 놀이치료와 미술치료 등 다양한 치료 영역에서 전문성을 갖춘 인재 양성을 위해 교육과 연구를 지속적으로 강화하겠다”고 말했다.

대구사이버대학교는 이번 인증을 통해 놀이심리재활, 미술심리재활, 행동발달재활, 심리운동 등 다양한 발달재활 영역의 전문 인력 양성에 기여하고 있으며, 향후 교육 프로그램 확대와 현장 중심 교육 강화를 통해 발달재활 분야 전문 교육기관으로 자리매김해 나갈 계획이다.
