【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군 어린이·사회복지 급식 관리지원센터는 지역사회 취약계층의 건강한 식생활 지원을 위해 맞춤형 영양 관리 특화사업인 ‘모두 채움 건강 돌봄 사업’을 확대 운영한다고 12일 밝혔다.
센터는 지난해 노인여가복지시설 이용 어르신을 대상으로 이용자 영양지수(NQ-E) 평가, 영양교육, 영양상담 등으로 구성된 심층 영양 관리 프로그램을 운영했다.
그 결과 NQ-E 점수가 향상되는 등 식생활 행동 개선 효과가 나타난 것으로 확인됐다.
센터는 이러한 성과를 바탕으로 올해 사업 대상을 노인여가복지시설 2개소와 장애인 대상 시설 1개소로 확대 운영할 계획이다.
특히, 올해는 이용자의 식사 행동 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 영양 관리 프로그램을 계획하고 있다.
군 보건소와 진천 체력인증센터와 협력해 대상자의 혈압, 혈당, 체성분 검사와 함께 근 기능, 유연성, 심폐지구력, 평형성, 협응력 등 체력 측정을 진행하고, 개인별 건강정보를 바탕으로 맞춤형 영양상담과 영양교육도 진행할 예정이다.
