충청광역연합의회사무처가 제9회 지방선거를 앞두고 공직선거법 예방 교육을 실시하며, ‘선거법 논란 제로’ 행정 기반을 다졌다.
충청광역연합의회사무처는 12일 연합 회의실에서 직원 전체를 대상으로 공직선거법 실무 특강을 열었다.
이 교육은 연합 출범 후 첫 선거법 관련 프로그램으로, SNS·홍보 업무 등 일상에서 발생할 수 있는 위반 사례를 사전 차단하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
최근 선거법 논란이 잦아지는 가운데, 사무처는 ‘사후 대응’이 아닌 ‘예방 체계’ 구축을 강조했다.
강사 세종시선관위 강태욱 지도과장은 지방선거 일정별 금지 행위, 공무원 중립 의무, 주요 사례를 설명하며 실무 역량을 강화했다.
사무처 관계자는 “정치적 중립성과 신뢰도가 행정의 핵심”이라며 “법적 검토를 강화해 안정적 의정 지원을 하겠다”고 밝혔다.
