【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 오는 4~5월 한국교원대학교 융합교육연구소와 함께 창의파크에서 ‘에듀테크 프로그램’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 유아부터 성인까지 전 연령을 대상으로 한 맞춤형 교육과정으로 구성됐으며, 지역 주민의 디지털 역량을 높이고 교육 사각지대를 해소하기 위해 마련됐다.
특히 이번 교육에는 에듀테크 기업 9곳이 참여해 우수 교육기술을 실제 교육 현장에 적용하고 검증하는 실증형 테스트베드 방식으로 진행된다.
참가자들은 인공지능(AI)과 디지털 기술 기반의 다양한 교육 콘텐츠를 직접 체험하며 새로운 학습 방식을 경험할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
또 4월 18일에는 에듀테크 체험 부스와 원데이(One-Day) 클래스가 결합된 특별 프로그램도 마련돼 최신 교육 기술을 경험할 수 있는 기회도 제공된다.
수강생은 3월 26일까지 선착순 모집하며 모든 프로그램은 전액 무료로 운영된다.

한편, 이번 프로그램은 한국교원대학교 가 추진하는 ‘증평 에듀테크 밸리’ 충북 RISE 사업의 일환이다.
해당 사업은 2025년부터 5년간 총 10억 원 규모로 추진되며 △스마트교육 실증연구센터 구축 △에듀테크 융합 교육과정 개설 △에듀테크 스타트업 창업 지원 등을 통해 지역 기반 에듀테크 산업 생태계 조성을 목표로 한다.
이재영 군수는 “증평창의파크를 AI 기반 실증 학습터로 조성하고, 2028년 준공 예정인 공공임대 지식산업센터를 에듀테크 특화 거점 공간으로 구축할 계획”이라며 “정주형 에듀테크 인재 양성과 산업 생태계 경쟁력 강화를 통해 지역 미래 교육 기반을 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Jeungpyeong County, North Chungcheong Province, announced that it will operate an 'EduTech Program' at Creative Park in collaboration with the Korea National University of Education's Convergence Education Research Institute from April to May.
