【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군 정신건강복지센터는 군민들의 마음 건강검진을 위해 ‘찾아가는 마음 안심 버스’를 운영한다고 13일 밝혔다.
‘찾아가는 마음 안심 버스’는 정신건강 증진사업의 하나로 정신건강 사각지대에 놓인 고위험군을 발굴하고 조기 개입을 통해 군민들의 정신건강을 증진하고자 마련됐다.
해당 사업은 버스로 직접 방문해, 성인우울검사(CES-D), 노인우울검사(S-GDS), 스트레스 척도(PSS-10), 불면증 척도(ISI-K), 불안척도(GAD-7)등 마음 건강 검진을 실시한다.
검사 결과 선별된 고위험군에게는 우울증 치료비와 전문 사례관리 서비스를 지원한다.
센터는 지난해 3월부터 11월까지 관내 읍·면 행정복지센터, 행복주택 등을 방문해 총 344명을 대상으로 마음 건강 검진을 실시했다.
올해는 오는 11월까지 보건지소, 병·의원 등 20개소를 방문해 지역 주민들의 정신건강 관리와 상담 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.
군 정신건강복지센터 관계자는 “앞으로도 찾아가는 마음 안심 버스를 통해 정신건강 서비스의 접근성을 높이고, 도움이 필요한 군민들을 조기에 발견해 지원할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
