음성군 지역자율방재단, 재난안전 체험교육 진행

【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군 지역자율방재단은 13일 강원 태백시 소재 한국안전체험관에서 ‘2026년 음성군 지역자율방재단 재난안전체험교육’을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 방재 역량을 강화하고 지역의 안전 리더를 양성하기 위해 마련됐다. 

이날 단원 및 관계 공무원 등 40여 명이 참석한 가운데 △자연 재난의 대비·행동 요령 △기초 응급처치 실습 △교통안전·생활안전 교육 △재난안전체험 등 과정별 교육 프로그램이 진행됐다.

문종락 음성군 지역자율방재단장은 “현장에서 직접 상황을 접해볼 수 있는 체험교육을 실시해 단원들의 안전의식을 더욱 고양하는 계기가 됐다”며 “앞으로도 단원들이 의기투합해 올여름 재난 예방에 적극적으로 참여해 주시길 부탁드린다”고 당부했다.

이길동 재난안전과장은 “재난 발생 시 최일선에서 고생하시는 자율방재단원의 노고에 감사드린다”며 “앞으로도 재난 현장에서 적극적인 방재활동을 실시해 지역 주민의 안전을 지키는 데 최선을 다해주길 부탁드린다”고 말했다.

한편 음성군 지역자율방재단은 2008년 창설됐다. 현재 문종락 단장 외 200여 명의 단원들이 △안전 홍보 캠페인 △재해 위험지역 예찰활동 △여름철 재해 발생 시 피해 복구 활동 △겨울철 제설작업 △적설취약 위험지역 예찰활동 등 재해의 예방·대비·대응·복구 활동에 최선을 다하고 있다.

On the 13th, the Eumseong County Autonomous Disaster Prevention Foundation held the "2026 Eumseong County Autonomous Disaster Prevention Foundation Disaster Safety Hands-on Training" at the Korea Safety Experience Center in Taebaek, Gangwon Province.

I urge members to continue to work together and actively participate in disaster prevention this summer."

Disaster and Safety Division Chief Gil-dong Lee said, "I appreciate the hard work of the autonomous disaster prevention team members who work hard on the front lines during disasters. I ask that you continue to actively engage in disaster prevention activities at disaster sites and do your utmost to protect the safety of local residents."

Meanwhile, the Eumseong County Local Autonomous Disaster Prevention Team was established in 2008. Currently, Director Jong-rak Moon and approximately 200 members are dedicated to disaster prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery activities, including safety promotion campaigns, disaster risk area surveillance, summer disaster recovery, winter snow removal, and snow-prone areas surveillance.
