(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 오는 27일까지 ‘외로움 정책 기반 조성 사업’에 참여할 ‘인천광역시 자치군․구 수행기관 선정’을 위한 공모를 실시한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, ‘외로움 정책 기반 조성 사업’은 외로움돌봄국 출범과 함께 새롭게 추진되는 시범 사업으로, 시민들이 건강한 사회적 관계를 형성하고 지역사회와 자연스럽게 연결될 수 있도록 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다.
이번 공모의 주요사업은 가상회사( i-Link Company), 우리동네 마음라면 , 연결사회 캠페인이다.
가상회사( i-Link Company)는 고립·은둔 청년과 중장년층을 대상으로 운영되며 참여자는 규칙적인 출․퇴근과 목표 수행을 통해 작은 성취와 일상회복을 경험하고, 팀 활동이나 소모임을 통해 관계를 형성한다.
또한, 목표 달성 시 지급되는 혜택을 지역 가게에서 사용할 수 있도록 하여 참여자가 자연스럽게 지역사회와 교류하고 사회적 고립에서 벗어날 수 있도록 돕는다.
“우리동네 마음라면”은 따뜻한 라면과 차 한잔을 매개로 시민들이 자연스럽게 만나 마음를 나누고 관계를 형성하는 장소이자, 고립․은둔 위험군을 조기에 발굴하기 위한 지역 거점 공간이다.
이 곳을 찾는 시민들은 비치된 체크리스트를 통해 외로움 수준을 스스로 진단할 수 있으며, 위험군에 해당하는 시민에게는 관련 정보와 맞춤형 지원 서비스가 연계될 예정이다.

인천시는 시범사업 대상 선정을 위해 사업계획의 적정성과 실현 가능성, 추진 기반 등을 종합 평가하여 총 8개소 규모의 수행기관을 선정하며, 운영비와 프로그램비 등 사업비 총 4억 6천만 원을 지원한다.
