전병철 회장은 “생활 속 기초질서 지키기는 타인을 존중하고 배려하는 성숙한 사회를 만드는 원동력이 될 것”이라며 “군민들의 기초질서 생활화를 위한 캠페인에 많은 관심과 실천을 부탁드린다”고 말했다.
한편 바르게살기운동 괴산군협의회는 1990년 설립되어 법질서 확립 및 안전괴산 캠페인 등 기초질서 지키기 문화 확산과 군민의식 함양으로 선진사회를 만드는 데 노력해오고 있다.
