이번 축하금을 받은 대상자는 청산초등학교 병설유치원에 입학한 전미소(6세), 김단아(7세) 원아와 청산초등학교로 전입한 2학년 김기백(9세) 학생이다. 세 학생 모두 백운리에 거주하고 있으며, 특히 김단아 원아와 김기백 학생은 남매로 한 가정에 찾아온 기쁜 소식이 지역사회에 더욱 따뜻한 의미를 더하고 있다.
