개별공시지가는 옥천군 홈페이지에서 열람통지문을 확인할 수 있으며, QR코드를 통해 모바일에서도 열람이 가능하다. 또한 부동산공시가격알리미에서도 확인할 수 있다.

의견이 제출된 필지는 감정평가사를 통해 토지 특성 및 인근 토지의 지가와 균형을 유지하고 있는지 등을 재조사한 뒤 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 의견 제출인에게 결과를 통지하며, 오는 4월 30일에 결정·공시된다.
