【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구광역시행복진흥사회서비스원이 지역 내 민간 사회서비스 제공기관의 역량 강화를 위한 지원사업을 올해도 이어간다.
행복진흥원은 16일, 민간 사회서비스 기관의 운영 능력과 종사자 전문성 향상을 목표로 ‘2026년 민간기관 지원사업’을 시행한다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 기관의 경영과 안전관리, 종사자 직무 역량을 높이기 위한 것으로 경영컨설팅, 안전컨설팅, 종사자 교육, 프로그램 강사 파견 등을 주요 내용으로 포함한다.
행복진흥원은 지난해 이 사업으로 총 626회의 맞춤형 지원을 진행했다. 경영컨설팅 분야에서는 노무, 세무, 재무회계 등 전문 컨설팅 83회를 운영했다. 특히 장기요양기관 지정 갱신을 앞둔 36개 기관에 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공해, 모든 기관이 재지정에 성공했다고 설명했다.
안전 분야에서는 시설, 소방, 전기, 방역 등 4개 영역에 걸쳐 안전컨설팅 56회와 시설 안전점검 311회를 실시했다. 또한 종사자 전문성 향상을 위한 교육 38회, 이용자 서비스 개선을 위한 프로그램 강사 파견 138회도 진행한 것으로 나타났다.
사업에 참여한 기관들의 만족도 역시 높았다. 행복진흥원에 따르면, 5점 만점 기준 평균 4.8점을 기록했다.

최희재 원장 직무대행은 “민간 사회서비스 기관의 전문성과 안전성을 높이는 것이 시민들에게 제공되는 서비스의 질을 높이는 길”이라며 “현장 중심의 지원을 통해 지역 사회서비스 체계를 한층 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
