경남도는 16일 도청 중회의실에서 ‘전통시장 상인회 소통 간담회’를 개최했다. 이번 간담회는 전통시장 활성화 방안을 모색하고, 상인들이 피부로 느끼는 현장의 고충을 가감 없이 듣기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 박완수 지사는 인사말을 통해 어려운 여건 속에서도 시장을 지켜온 상인들에게 감사를 표하며 파격적인 지원 의사를 내비쳤다. 박 지사는 “최근 경제 여건의 어려움이 소상공인과 자영업자들에게 직격탄이 되고 있다”며 “그동안 아껴온 도 재정을 가장 필요한 곳인 민생 경제에 쓰는 것이 맞다”고 강조했다.
