대전시의회, 제295회 임시회 제1차 본회의 개회

대전시의회가 16일 제295회 임시회 제1차 본회의를 열고 25일까지 10일간의 의사일정에 들어갔다. 

이번 임시회에서는 의원 발의안 21건, 시장 제출안 24건, 교육감 제출안 2건 등 총 47건의 안건을 처리할 계획이다. 

특히 17일 제2차 본회의에서는 시정과 교육행정에 관한 질문 시간이 진행되어 집행부의 현안 사업들을 꼼꼼히 점검할 예정이다.

첫 본회의에서는 김민숙 의원이 대표로 발의한 ‘농식품 바우처 사용처 선정평가 항목 개선 촉구 건의안’과 이금선 의원의 ‘신계룡-북천안 송전선로 건설사업 전면 재검토 촉구 건의안’이 의결되었다. 

이들 건의안은 취약계층을 위한 농식품 바우처 사업의 개선과 주민 안전에 위협이 되는 송전선로 공사에 대한 중단 및 재검토를 주요 내용으로 담고 있다.

또한 5분 자유발언 시간에는 황경아 의원이 장애인 고용의무 제도 활성화, 이재경 의원이 도시가스 공급시설 사용자 부담 개선, 이한영 의원은 자원봉사자의 헌신을 존중하는 정책 강화에 대해 각각 발언하며 다양한 분야의 현안과 정책 제안을 이어갔다.

조원휘 의장은 “최근 대외적인 불안과 물가 상승 등으로 민생 경제에 어려움이 큰 상황에서 의회는 선언적 발언에 그치지 않고 실질적 실행으로 시민들의 안도감을 만들어야 한다”며 “이번 임시회에서 다루는 안건들을 책임 있게 심의하고 시정과 교육행정을 면밀히 점검해 정책이 시민 체감으로 이어지도록 하겠다”고 말했다. 

또한 “신계룡-북천안 송전선로 건설과 대전·충남 행정통합 같은 지역 현안에 대해서도 시민 안전과 권익을 최우선으로 하여 의회 차원에서 책임감 있는 대응을 이어가겠다”고 덧붙였다.

Daejeon City Council Opens 1st Plenary Session of 295th Extraordinary Session

The Daejeon City Council opened the 1st plenary session of the 295th Extraordinary Session on the 16th and commenced a 10-day legislative schedule running until the 25th.
