충남도가 청양군에 분양전환형 공공임대주택 342세대를 공급하며 청년·신혼부부 주거 안정 모델을 확대한다.
충남도는 16일 도청 상황실에서 김태흠 지사, 김돈곤 청양군수, 김병근 충남개발공사 사장이 참석한 가운데 '청년 및 신혼부부 내집 마련 지원 충남형 도시리브투게더 업무협약'을 체결했다.
이 사업은 무주택 서민에게 저렴한 임대료로 6년간 거주 후 입주 당시 가격으로 분양받을 수 있는 공공주택 공급 모델이다.
청양 교월지구(청양읍, 1만3580㎡ 부지)에는 84㎡형 104호, 59㎡형 78호 등 총 182세대가, 정산면 서정지구(8905㎡ 부지)에는 84㎡형 96호, 59㎡형 64호 등 160세대가 건립된다. 총사업비 1130억 원이 투입되며 보증금·월세·분양가는 추후 확정된다.
협약에 따라 도는 사업비 지원과 행정 절차를 총괄하고, 청양군은 토지 매입비와 지역 활성화 방안을 마련하며, 충남개발공사는 건설·입주자 모집·운영을 담당한다.
이는 내포신도시 퍼스트드림(949호, 공정률 64%, 내년 1월 입주 예정)을 시작으로 천안·공주·아산·서산·계룡 등 7개 시군 9개 지구 5720호 공급 계획의 일환이다.
김태흠 지사는 "단순 임대료 지원을 넘어 자산 형성 기회를 제공하는 새로운 주거 모델"이라며 "청양의 농촌형 사업 선정으로 주거 환경 개선과 인구 유입 효과를 기대한다"고 밝혔다.
