[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군이 경상남도와 공동으로 ‘2026년 찾아가는 산업단지 현장 간담회’를 갖고 관내 기업체의 최대 현안인 인력난 해소와 규제 혁파를 위한 집중 논의를 펼쳤다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 간담회는 경남도 도시주택국장과 군 건설산업국장을 비롯해 대합·대지·서리·송진 농공단지 입주기업 대표 등 37여 명이 참석해 현장의 생생한 목소리를 공유했다.
참석 기업인들은 고질적인 인력 부족 문제와 기업 성장을 가로막는 입지·환경 관련 규제에 대해 개선을 건의했다.
특히 농공단지 내 인력 수급을 위한 정주 여건 개선과 외국인 근로자 활용 확대의 필요성이 집중적으로 제기됐다.
이에 경남도와 창녕군은 기업 애로 사항을 유형별로 분류하여 즉각 조치 가능한 사항은 현장에서 답변하고, 법령 개정 등이 필요한 중장기 과제는 사후 관리 체계를 통해 관계 부처와 적극 협의해 나가기로 했다.
군 관계자는 “산업단지 현장의 인력난과 각종 규제는 기업 경영에 가장 직접적인 걸림돌이 되는 사안”이라며, “간담회에서 제기된 건의사항들이 실제 정책에 반영될 수 있도록 경남도와 긴밀히 협의하고, 기업들이 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 지원책을 마련하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
