참석자들은 새로운 업무를 맡으며 느끼는 막막함, 민원 대응 과정의 어려움, 동료와 협력하며 성장하는 순간 등 공직생활 속 다양한 경험을 공유하며 소통의 시간을 이어갔다.
윤건영 교육감은“현장에서 묵묵히 역할을 다하는 저연차 공무원들이 충북교육의 든든한 힘”이라며“서로 공감하고 협력하는 조직문화를 바탕으로 구성원들이 보람과 자긍심을 느낄 수 있도록 건강한 공직 조직문화 조성과 근무환경 개선을 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
