봉화군은 지역 경제의 기반인 소상공인과 농업인의 자립 기반 마련과 소득 증대를 돕기 위해 오는 3월 16일부터 4월 3일까지 ‘2026년 주민소득지원사업’ 융자 지원 신청을 접수한다고 밝혔다.
주민소득지원사업은 담보 능력이나 신용도가 상대적으로 취약한 지역 내 소상공인, 자영업자, 농업인 등을 대상으로 저금리 대출을 지원하는 정책금융 사업이다. 이를 통해 경영 기반을 안정시키고 새로운 소득원을 개발할 수 있도록 돕는 데 목적이 있다.
지원 대상은 신청일 기준 봉화군에 1년 이상 주민등록을 두고 거주한 군민으로, 소득지원자금을 활용해 자립 기반을 구축하거나 고소득·고부가가치 소득원을 개발해 실질적인 소득 증대를 기대할 수 있는 가구다.
융자 한도는 1인당 최대 3천만 원이며, 대출 금리는 연 2%의 저금리가 적용된다. 또한 초기 상환 부담을 줄이기 위해 2년 거치 후 3년간 균등 분할 상환하는 방식이 도입됐다.
신청을 희망하는 군민은 3월 16일부터 4월 3일까지 주소지 관할 읍·면사무소를 방문해 접수하면 된다. 군은 신청 가구의 자격 요건과 사업 타당성 등을 종합적으로 심사해 최종 지원 대상을 선정할 계획이다.
