(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 17일부터 최근 격화되고 있는 중동사태로 인해 관내 중동 수출 피해 중소기업을 대상으로 융자지원을 시작한다고 밝혔다.
서구에 따르면, 구에서는 매년 관내 중소기업을 대상으로 저리의 자금 지원을 통해 금융부담을 완화해 주는 중소기업육성기금 융자지원 사업을 실시해 왔다.
올해도 일반자금 170억 원과 재해자금 80억 원, 총 250억 원 융자 규모로 지역 중소기업의 자금난 해소를 위해 지원하고 있다.
이 중 재해자금 80억 원을 재해 피해기업 뿐만 아니라 중동 정세 악화로 경영 애로를 겪는 수출 피해기업 등을 일시적 경영애로 기업에 포함하여 확대 지원할 예정이다.
서구 관계자는 “재해자금은 재해 피해와 같은 일시적 경영애로 사유로 기업의 경영안전을 위해 지원하는 자금이다”며 “중동 수출 피해기업 또한 일시적 경영애로 사유에 해당한다”고 말했다.
융자대상은 주사무소와 사업장이 서구에 소재한 중동 수출 피해기업 중 제조업, 제조업 관련 서비스업 및 제조업 관련 지식기반 서비스업 등이 해당되며, 융자지원은 기업당 최대 3억 원 이내로 대출금리 중 연 3.0%를 구에서 보전해 준다.
향후 중동 수출 기업의 경제적 피해를 최소화하고 해외시장 개척 및 수출 다변화를 위한 해외 판로개척사업을 시행하는 등 구 차원에서도 적극 지원할 계획이다.
신청은 중소기업 맞춤형 원스톱지원서비스(BizOK)를 통해 온라인 기업지원사업신청으로 하면 된다.
