대전 중구가 4050 중장년층의 재취업을 돕기 위해 마련한 집중 교육 프로그램이 성황리에 막을 내렸다. 고용노동부의 전직스쿨 프로그램을 기반으로 한 이번 행사는 실질적인 구직 역량 강화를 목표로 진행됐다.
17일 대전 중구 사회혁신센터 커먼즈필드에서 열린 '4050 중·장년 재취업 취업 역량 강화 교육'에는 지역 미취업 주민 20명이 참여했다.
중구일자리지원센터와 충청중장년내일센터가 공동 주관한 이 프로그램은 중장년 취업시장 동향 분석, 개인 경력자산 정리, 맞춤형 재취업 전략 수립 등 실무 중심 커리큘럼으로 구성됐다.
참가자들은 경력 전환 설계 과정을 통해 재취업 불안을 크게 줄였으며, 수료증이 구직 실적으로 인정돼 취업 활동에 즉시 활용할 수 있게 됐다.

The intensive training program organized by Daejeon Jung-gu to assist middle-aged adults in their 40s and 50s with re-employment has concluded with great success.
