봄철 대표 지역축제로 자리 잡은 논산딸기축제가 오는 26일 막을 올린다.
전국적으로 이름난 논산딸기를 앞세운 이번 축제는 29일까지 나흘간 이어지며, 먹거리와 체험, 전시, 공연을 한자리에서 즐길 수 있는 참여형 행사로 꾸며진다.

딸기호떡과 딸기 가래떡, 딸기 비빔밥 등 이색 먹거리가 준비되며, 푸드존은 야외 테라스형 공간으로 조성돼 공연과 함께 음식을 즐길 수 있도록 구성된다.
논산시는 먹거리 만족도를 높이는 한편 안전성 관리에도 힘을 쏟고 있다. 판매장은 공모를 통해 선정했고, 축제 전후는 물론 운영 기간에도 수시 점검을 통해 딸기 품질과 안전성을 관리할 계획이다.
