(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 18일부터 4월 6일까지, 2026년 1월 1일 기준으로 조사·산정한 63만 2,757필지의 개별공시지가안을 공개하고, 토지소유자와 이해관계인의 의견을 수렴한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 개별공시지가는 군·구에서 조사한 토지 특성과 국토교통부장관이 결정한 표준지의 특성을 비교해 산정했으며, 감정평가사의 검증을 거쳤다.
인천시의 평균 개별공시지가는 지난해보다 1.40%로 상승했다.
지역별로는 서구가 1.98%로 가장 높은 상승률을 보였으며, 부평구 1.66%, 동구 1.57%, 미추홀구 1.36%, 옹진군 1.31%, 중구 1.20%, 연수구 1.19%, 강화군 1.09%, 계양구 1.03%, 남동구 1.00% 순으로 상승한 것으로 나타났다.
가장 높은 개별공시지가를 기록한 곳은 부평구 부평동 199의45 금강제화빌딩으로 이곳은 지난해보다 약 1.36% 오른 1㎡당 1천491만 원으로 조사됐다.
최저 개별공시지가는 옹진군 대청면 임야로 1㎡당 278원으로 나타났다.
인천 전체 공시지가 규모는 381조 원으로 집계됐다.
지역별로는 서구가 85조 원으로 가장 높았고, 옹진군이 4조 원으로 가장 낮았다.
