【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=경북교육청이 오는 2026년부터 도내 초·중·고 모든 학교에서 ‘도전! 꿈 성취 인증제’를 의무적으로 운영하기로 했다.
‘꿈 성취 인증제’는 학생이 스스로 목표를 세우고 이를 이뤄가는 과정을 인증하는 인성교육 프로그램으로, 인문·봉사·체육·예술·외국어·통합 등 6개 분야에서 진행된다.
인증 절차는 학교장, 교육장, 교육감의 3단계로 구성된다. 학생이 활동을 끝내면 우선 학교장의 인증을 받고, 이후 교육지원청과 도교육청 심사를 거쳐 상위 인증으로 이어진다.
교육청은 5월에 우수학교 공모를 통해 학교들의 참여를 독려하고, 12월엔 우수학교를 선정해 시상과 집단활동 실적점 등을 부여할 예정이다.
운영 방식은 각 학교의 연간 계획에 따라 자율적으로 진행된다. 인증제 누리집을 통해 과정 관리와 성과 등록도 가능하다.
학생들은 1~2개 영역을 선택해 목표와 기간, 성과 지표를 정한 뒤 활동을 수행하고, 결과를 제출하면 심사를 거쳐 인증을 받게 된다. 활동일지와 사진, 영상 등 자료를 바탕으로 목표 달성 정도와 실행력 등이 평가된다.
교육청은 참여율, 인증자 수, 활동 분야의 다양성 등을 주요 지표로 삼아 운영 상황을 점검하고, 분기별·반기별 보고 체계를 통해 관리할 계획이다.
이와 함께 교사 연수, 현장 점검, 외부 전문가 평가 등도 병행해 제도의 내실화를 꾀할 방침이다.
임종식 경북교육감은 “AI 시대에 필요한 창의성, 협력, 도전 정신을 기르는 것이 핵심”이라며 “학생 주도형 활동을 통해 인간다움을 강화하는 교육 모델로 자리매김할 수 있도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
