제출된 의견은 감정평가사의 정밀 검증과 충주시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 결과가 의견 제출인에게 통지되며, 4월 30일자로 결정·공시된다.
시 관계자는 “개별공시지가는 매년 결정·공시되는 ㎡당 토지가격으로, 국세와 지방세, 부담금 등의 부과 기준으로 활용되므로 의견이 있는 경우 정해진 기간 내 제출해야 한다”고 강조했다.
