충북영상자서전 사업은 도민의 소중한 삶과 기록을 영상으로 담아 보관하는 사업으로, 어르신들에게 영상 제작 기술 교육을 제공하고 이를 일자리와 연계하는 프로그램이다.
이번 발대식은 그간의 교육 성과를 공유하고 시니어 유튜버로서의 자긍심을 고취하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 행사에는 총 21명의 시니어 유튜버가 참석했으며, 특히 올해 새롭게 합류한 12명의 3기 활동가들에게는 위촉장과 활동 물품이 전달됐다. 행사는 유튜버 선서, 추진 방향 보고, 소감 발표 및 기념촬영 순으로 진행됐다.
현재 복지관은 지난 2월 모집된 인원을 대상으로 총 15회 과정의 영상 제작 교육을 진행하고 있으며, 오는 4월 28일 교육이 마무리되면 시니어 유튜버들은 ‘찾아가는 영상 촬영단’으로 변신해 옥천 군민들의 삶을 기록하는 본격적인 활동에 나설 예정이다.
