충청남도의회가 기후 위기로 급변하는 기상 상황에 대응해 농업용저수지의 안전관리 체계를 혁신적으로 강화한다. 집중호우와 가뭄 등 재난 위험으로부터 도민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위한 제도적 장치를 마련한 것이다.
충남도의회는 편삼범 의원(보령2·국민의힘)이 대표 발의한 ‘충청남도 농업용저수지 자동수위측정기 설치 및 운영 지원 조례안’을 18일 예고했다. 이번 조례안은 전국 지방의회 중 최초로 시도되는 사례로, 저수지 수위 관리의 디지털 전환을 이끄는 근거가 될 전망이다.
