서천군의 대표 봄 축제인 ‘제24회 서천 동백꽃 주꾸미 축제’가 오는 3월 21일부터 4월 5일까지 16일 동안 서면 마량진항 일원에서 열린다. 동백꽃 개화 시기와 주꾸미 제철이 맞물리는 시기에 열리는 만큼, 봄 경관과 계절 먹거리를 함께 묶어낸 서천의 대표 관광 행사로 다시 관람객을 맞게 된다.
