(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구가 19일, 경제적 어려움을 겪는 청년층의 주거비 부담 완화를 위해 ‘청년 월세 지원사업’대상자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
남동구에 따르면,이번 사업은 국토교통부 청년 월세 지원사업과 인천형 청년 월세 지원사업을 각각 운영하며, 연령 구간에 따라 지원대상이 구분된다.
특히, 기존 한시적으로 운영되던 국토교통부 청년 월세 특별지원사업이 올해부터 계속 사업으로 전환되면서 보다 안정적인 지원이 가능해졌다.
국토교통부 사업은 만 19세부터 34세 이하 청년을 대상으로 하고, 인천형 청년 월세 지원사업은 만 35세부터 39세 이하 청년을 대상으로 한다.
또, 인천형 청년 월세 지원사업은 제대군인의 경우 복무 기간을 반영해 지원 연령을 완화하는 등 대상이 확대됐다.
지원대상은 남동구에 주민등록을 둔 부모와 별도 거주하는 무주택 청년으로 소득 기준은 원 가구 중위소득 100% 이하 및 청년 독립 가구 기준 중위소득 60% 이하를 충족해야 하며 재산 기준은 원 가구 기준 470백만원 및 청년 독립 가구 기준 122백만원 이하여야 한다.
올해부터 청약통장 가입요건이 폐지돼 보다 많은 청년이 지원받을 수 있게 됐다.
지원내용은 생애 1회 한해 실제 납부하는 월세를 기준으로 최대 20만 원씩 최대 24개월간 지원한다.
이달 30일부터 5월 29일까지 복지로(19~34세), 인천청년포털(35~39세)를 통해 온라인으로 신청하거나 주소지 관할 행정복지센터를 방문해 신청할 수 있다.
또한, 남동구가 19일, 중소기업의 온라인 시장 진출을 지원하기 위해 ‘중소기업 선택형 온라인 마케팅 지원사업’을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
남동구에 따르면, 이번 사업은 기업이 실질적으로 필요한 온라인 마케팅 방법을 선택 및 활용할 수 있도록 지원해 기업의 온라인 시장 진출을 돕는다.
‘숏폼(1분 내외의 짧은 콘텐츠)’ 제작, 기업 홈페이지 또는 앱(App) 제작, 제품 상세페이지 제작 등 3가지 마케팅 방안 중 기업별 상황에 따라 선택하여 진행할 수 있다.
