김 예비후보는 19일 보도자료를 통해 ‘실행형 구청장’ 비전을 내세우며 “수성구의 미래 30년을 다시 설계하겠다”고 밝혔다.
그는 고령화와 저출산 문제 대응을 핵심 과제로 제시하며 ▲AI 기반 ‘365일 디지털 돌봄 시스템’ 구축 ▲동네 단위 ‘디지털 쉼터’ 조성 ▲구립 어린이집 확충 및 민간 지원 확대 ▲‘아빠 육아휴직 장려금’ 도입 등을 주요 공약으로 내놨다.
육아휴직 장려금은 남성 육아휴직자를 대상으로 월 20만 원씩 최대 1년간 지급하는 방안이다. 또 복지 사각지대 해소를 위해 신청 없이 지원하는 ‘챙겨드림 서비스’와 방문형 건강관리 프로그램 ‘어르신사랑 홈닥터’도 포함됐다.
이와 함께 보훈대상자 수당을 기존 10만 원에서 15만 원으로 인상하는 방안도 제시했다.
김 예비후보는 “문제는 즉각 해결하고 자산 가치를 높이는 실행형 행정을 구현하겠다”며 “교육·경제·문화가 결합된 경쟁력 있는 수성구를 만들겠다”고 말했다.
다만 공약 실현을 위해서는 재원 조달 방안과 시설 확충에 따른 부지 확보, 디지털 돌봄 시스템 운영 및 개인정보 보호 대책 등 구체적 실행 계획이 필요하다는 지적도 나온다.
