(사)한국수산업경영인 경상남도연합회가 주최하고 창원특례시연합회가 주관한 이번 대회의 슬로건은 “우리의 바다, 함께 만드는 경남 수산의 미래”였다. 슬로건에 걸맞게 행사장은 수산인뿐만 아니라 3,000여 명의 시민으로 가득 찼다.
