브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 오세훈 서울시장이 방탄소년단(BTS) 컴백 공연을 앞두고 광화문광장 일대 안전 점검에 나서며 시민과 관광객들에게 안전한 관람을 당부했다.
오 시장은 19일 광화문광장을 직접 찾아 공연장 전반을 점검한 뒤 페이스북을 통해 “세종문화회관 옥상에서 공연장 전체를 내려다보고, 메인 무대 앞에서 군중 동선을 확인했다”며 “병목 구간과 인파가 집중될 광화문역 출구 앞까지 직접 걸으며 점검했다”고 밝혔다.
서울시는 공연장 일대 83개 위험 지점을 사전에 발굴해 조치를 완료했으며, 행사 당일에는 71개 구역에 경찰과 소방, 서울시, 공연 주최사 하이브가 합동 배치된다. 또한 세종문화회관에는 통합 현장 본부가 운영돼 인파 밀집, 강풍, 돌발 상황 등에 즉각 대응할 계획이다.

특히 대규모 인파가 예상되는 이번 공연이 안전하게 진행될 수 있도록 관계기관과의 협력 체계를 총동원해 대응한다는 계획이다.
시는 공연 당일 오전 10시부터 종료 시까지 세종문화회관 4층에 ‘관계기관 통합 현장본부’를 설치·운영하고, 시청 재난안전상황실에서도 CCTV를 통해 광화문 일대 인파 상황을 실시간 모니터링할 예정이다.
아울러 시와 자치구, 소방당국, 주최 측은 약 8200명의 안전 인력을 현장에 배치하고, 현장진료소 3곳과 의료부스 11개소, 이동형 중환자실(SMICU) 등 응급의료 대응 체계를 가동한다.
