대전시가 전세사기 피해자의 대다수를 차지하는 청년층을 보호하기 위해 실전 교육과 디지털 콘텐츠를 결합한 전방위 예방책을 가동한다.
대전시는 청년과 사회초년생의 주거 안정을 목표로 교육, 홍보, 현장 대응을 통합한 ‘2026 대전시 전세피해 ZERO 로드맵’을 수립해 본격 추진한다고 19일 밝혔다.
이번 대책은 대전 지역 전세사기 피해자의 87%가 20~30대 청년층에 집중된 현실을 반영해 계약 체결 전 단계에서 피해를 원천 차단하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
