대전시의회 산업건설위원회(위원장 송인석)는 제295회 임시회 일정에 따라 19일 제1차 회의를 열고 조례안 5건, 동의안 1건, 의견청취 1건을 심사하고, 7건의 보고를 청취한 뒤 관련 현안에 대해 질의를 진행했다.
송인석 위원장(국민의힘, 동구1)은 제9대 의회 마지막 회기를 맞아 모두발언에서 지난 4년간 산업·건설 분야 업무를 수행해온 집행부 공무원들에게 감사의 뜻을 전했다.
이어 기업지원국 심사 과정에서는 대전 안산국방산업단지 조성사업이 각종 인허가와 행정절차로 인해 수년째 지연되고 있다고 지적하며, “사업이 제 속도를 되찾을 수 있도록 책임감을 갖고 꼼꼼히 관리해 달라”고 주문했다.

김영삼 부위원장(국민의힘, 서구2)은 「대전광역시 건축물관리 조례 일부개정조례안」을 대표 발의하고, 건축물 생애이력 관리시스템을 활용한 감리자 등재명부 관리와 해체공사 감리자 지정 업무가 시와 자치구로 이원화되면서 처리 지연과 민원이 발생하고 있다고 지적했다.
그는 이러한 업무를 전문성을 갖춘 관련 협회 등에 대행할 수 있도록 법적 근거를 마련해, 조례 운영상의 미비점을 보완하고 행정 효율성을 높이겠다는 취지를 설명했다.

그는 “산업단지 조성에만 그치지 않고, 실제로 기업이 들어와 일자리를 만들 수 있도록 실효성 있는 유치전략이 필요하다”고 강조했다.
이날 심사 결과 '대전광역시 고령 비정규직 노동자의 고용안정 및 보호 조례안' 등 일부 안건은 원안대로 가결됐으며, 모든 안건은 오는 25일 제3차 본회의에 상정돼 최종 의결 절차를 밟게 된다.
산업건설위원회는 20일 자율주행버스 시범사업 현장을 방문해 추진상황을 점검하고, 향후 도시교통 혁신 방안을 모색할 예정이다.
