충남 계룡시가 고금리와 전세 불안정으로 어려움을 겪는 저소득층의 주거 안정을 위해 영구임대주택 예비입주자 모집에 나선다.
계룡시는 두마면 소재 ‘계룡대실 4BL’ 영구임대주택의 예비입주자를 오는 3월 30일부터 4월 3일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다. 이번 공급은 주거 사각지대에 놓인 취약계층에게 안정적인 주거 환경을 제공하고 지역 내 복지 안전망을 촘촘히 하기 위해 마련됐다.
이번에 모집하는 물량은 전용면적 기준 22A형 60세대 ,22B형(주거약자용) 5세대 등 총 65세대다.
특히 22B형은 고령자와 장애인 등 이동이 불편한 주거약자를 배려해 설계된 특화 세대다. 출입문 폭을 넓히고 바닥 단차를 제거했으며, 안전 손잡이를 설치하는 등 ‘배리어프리(Barrier-free, 장애물 없는 생활환경)’ 공법이 적용되어 거주 편의성을 대폭 높였다.
신청 자격은 공고일(2026년 3월 11일) 기준 계룡시에 주민등록을 두고 거주하는 무주택세대구성원이어야 한다. 세부 대상은 생계·의료급여 수급자 ,국가유공자 및 유족 ,일본군위안부 피해자 ,한부모가족 ,북한이탈주민 ,등록장애인 등이다.
입주 희망자는 신청 기간 내에 주소지 관할 면·동 행정복지센터를 방문해 공급신청서를 제출하면 된다.
계룡시는 신청 가구를 대상으로 주택 소유 여부, 소득 수준, 자산 보유 기준 등을 엄격히 조사해 예비입주자를 선정할 계획이다. 최종 선정 결과는 오는 8월 12일 LH 청약플러스 누리집을 통해 발표될 예정이다.
