브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 펄어비스가 신작 ‘붉은사막(Crimson Desert)’을 20일(한국 시간 기준) 글로벌 출시했다.
플레이스테이션(PS) 5, 엑스박스 시리즈 X|S(Xbox Series X|S), 스팀(Steam), 애플 맥(Mac), 에픽게임즈 스토어(Epic Games Store), ROG Xbox Ally (Ally | Ally X)에서 붉은사막을 플레이할 수 있다.
한국어, 영어, 중국어 보이스오버와 총 14개 언어를 지원한다.
붉은사막은 주인공 ‘클리프(Kliff)’와 회색갈기 동료들과의 여정을 담은 오픈월드 액션 어드벤처 (Open World Action-Adventure) 게임이다.
플레이어는 클리프와 함께 잃어버린 고향을 되찾고, 흩어진 동료들을 모으기 위해 심리스 오픈월드 ‘파이웰(Pywel)’ 대륙을 모험하게 된다. 그 과정에서 파이웰 대륙에 다가오는 위협에 맞서 어비스의 무너진 균형을 되찾아야 한다.
붉은사막은 19일 기준 한국, 미국, 영국, 독일, 프랑스, 일본 등 주요 국가에서 플레이스테이션 스토어 ‘예약 구매(Pre-orders)’ 1위, 스팀 글로벌 ‘최고 인기 게임(Top Sellers)’ 1위에 올랐다.
