[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 국민의힘은 22일 오후 '이재명 죄지우기 국정조사 강행 규탄대회'를 열고 더불어민주당의 공소 취소 국정조사 추진을 강력히 비판했다. 나경원 의원이 대회에서 준비된 규탄사를 낭독하며 이재명 정부의 사법 파괴를 격렬히 규탄했다.
국민의힘 주최 규탄대회는 장동혁 당 대표, 송언석 원내대표 등 국회의원들이 참석한 가운데 22일 오후 여의도 국회의사당 로비에서 열렸다. 나경원 의원은 "거대한 광기가 지금 대한민국을 삼켜버리고 있다"면서 "국가 시스템이 파괴되고 있다"고 비판했다.
나 의원은 "이재명 정부 출범 9개월 만에 검찰을 해체하고 사법을 파괴해 삼권분립이 철저히 짓밟혔다"라며 "무소불위의 입법 폭거, 입법 독재로 이 모든 것을 만들어내었다"고 직격했다. 그는 "이재명 대통령 본인 범죄 지우기 국정조사 계획서가 통과됐다"며 "통치자가 자신을 위해 법과 제도를 왜곡하는 가장 나쁜 독재의 완성"이라고 말했다.
나 의원은 민주당을 겨냥해 "162명 중 106명이 공소 취소 모임에 가담하고 141명이 국정조사 계획서에 서명했다. 범죄자 집단답다"고 지적했다. 차명거래 이춘석 의원, 돈봉투 의혹 강선우 김병기 의원, 명품시계 수수 전재수 의원, 성추행 장경태 의원 등을 예로 들며 "범죄자 의원들이 대통령 지키기에 동참한다"고 질타했다.
대장동.백현동 사건 조목조목 비판
나 의원은 대장동 사건을 언급하며 "1심에서 8년 5년 4년 유죄 판결이 났고 이재명이 390번 언급됐다"고 했다. 백현동 사건에서는 "로비 대상으로 이재명과 정진상이 명시됐고 로비스트가 유죄 받았다", 위례 사건은 "판결문에 이재명 재선을 위한 사건이라고 적혀 있다"고 역설했다. 대북송금 800만 달러 사건도 "1심 2심 3심에서 방북 사례라고 판시됐다"고 강조했다.

그는 "이 모든 사건이 이재명 유죄를 가리키는데 공소 취소라니 유죄 가능성 100% 사건을 덮는 꼴"이라고 비판했다. 특히 "이 많은 사건에 죽음이 있었다."면서 "유한기 성남도시개발공사 개발사업본부장, 김문기 성남도시개발공사 개발1처장 등 대장동 사건 관련 의문의 죽음이 발생했다"고 지적했다.
그는 변호사비 대납 사건 관련 이화영 전 경기도 부지사 측근 시민단체 대표, 법인카드 관련 김혜경 여사 수행비서 배모 씨 지인, 성남 FC 후원금 사건 관련 이재명 경기도지사 초대 비서실장 전모 씨의 사망까지 나열하며 "이 공포의 사건들이 모두 묻혀버리고 있다"고 개탄했다.
"사법 협박과 1인 집중 신독재 국가 완성"
나 의원은 국정조사 대상이 "본인 공범 재판 법원과 검사들"이라며 "법원을 협박해 2심 무죄를 강요하는 것"이라고 주장했다. 그는 "이재명 정부 검사들의 항소 포기와 검은 삼각 거래가 진짜 조사 대상"이라며 "권력이 이재명 1인에게 집중된 신독재 국가가 완성됐다"고 경고했다.
또, 언론 통제도 지적하며 "7월 1일 입틀막법 시행 전 이미 SNS로 방송국 프로그램을 겨냥했다."며 "공포 사회가 시작됐다"고 비판했다. 민주당 원내대표의 상임위원장 독식 예고를 "국회 사유화"로 규정하고, "국회 해산하라. 독재 들러리가 될 수 없다"라고 목소리를 높였다.

나 의원은 "민주당이 국정조사를 강행하고 공소를 취소한다면 그것이 이재명 정권의 끝"이라며 "지금이라도 양심이 있다면 국정조사를 취소하라"고 경고했다.

Na directly attacked, saying, "Within just nine months of the Lee Jae-myung administration's launch, the prosecution was dismantled and the judiciary destroyed, thoroughly trampling the separation of powers," adding, "All this was created through unchecked legislative violence and legislative dictatorship." He remarked that "the parliamentary investigation plan to erase President Lee Jae-myung's personal crimes has passed," defining it as "the completion of the worst dictatorship, where the ruler distorts laws and institutions for himself."
Na targeted the Democratic Party, pointing out, "Out of 162 members, 106 joined the prosecution dismissal group and 141 signed the investigation plan—fitting for a criminal group." She cited examples such as Rep. Lee Chun-seok's alias trading scandal, cash envelope bribe suspicions involving Reps. Kang Sun-woo and Kim Byung-ki, Rep. Jeon Jae-soo's luxury watch receipt, and Rep. Jang Kyung-tae's sexual harassment case, condemning, "Criminal lawmakers are joining to protect the president."
Point-by-Point Critique of Daejang-dong and Baekhyeon-dong Cases
Na referenced the Daejang-dong case, noting, "First-instance rulings delivered 8-year, 5-year, and 4-year prison sentences, with Lee mentioned 390 times." For Baekhyeon-dong, he said, "Lobby targets explicitly named Lee and Jeong Jin-sang, and the lobbyist was convicted"; for Wirye, "The ruling states it was an incident for Lee's reelection." Na also emphasized the $8 million North Korea remittance case, "ruled as a North Korea visit precedent in first, second, and third trials."
She criticized, "All these cases point to Lee's guilt, yet dismissing prosecutions is burying 100% conviction-likely incidents." In particular, Na pointed out, "There were deaths in these many cases," noting, "Mysterious deaths occurred related to Daejang-dong, including Yu Han-ki, head of Seongnam Urban Development Corporation's development division, and Kim Moon-ki, head of its development division 1."
She listed more: a civic group leader close to former Gyeonggi Vice Gov. Lee Hwa-young in the lawyer fee reimbursement case; an associate of Bae, secretary to Kim Hye-kyung in the corporate card scandal; and Jeon, Lee Jae-myung's first chief of staff as Gyeonggi governor in the Seongnam FC sponsorship case—lamenting, "These terrifying incidents are all being buried."
Denunciation of Judicial Intimidation and Dictatorship
Na claimed the investigation targets "courts and prosecutors handling his accomplices' trials," asserting it is "threatening courts to force second-instance acquittals." She warned that "prosecutors dropping appeals under the Lee administration and shadowy triangular deals are the real investigation targets," declaring, "Power concentrated in Lee alone has completed a new dictatorial state."
Na also criticized media controls, noting, "Even before the gag law takes effect on July 1, SNS was already targeting a broadcaster's program," adding, "A fear society has begun." She labeled the Democratic Party floor leader's plan to monopolize standing committee chairs as "privatizing the National Assembly" and raised his voice, "Dissolve the Assembly. We cannot be dictatorship stooges."
Na warned, "If the Democratic Party forces the investigation and dismisses prosecutions, that will be the end of the Lee regime," urging, "Cancel the investigation now if any conscience remains."
