(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천부평경찰서가 23일 경찰서 관리자 대상 ‘간부(상사) 모시는 날’ 근절 등 존중과 책임의 공직문화 실천을 주제로 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

부평경찰서에 따르면, 이번 교육은 조직 내 잔존하고 있는 ‘상사 모시는 날’ 등 잘못된 관행을 근절하여 구성원의 심리적 안정을 도모하고 직무 몰입도와 공직사회 활력을 제고하기 위해 진행됐다.

이날 강의에 나선 박옥숙 강사는 사)인천장애인성폭력 상담소장으로 활동중이며, 35년 경찰 경력을 활용하여 사례 위주 조직문화 분석 및 존중과 책임의 공직문화를 위한 방법에 대해 제시했다.

부평경찰서 관계자는 “이번 강의를 계기로 서로 존중하고 배려하는 직장문화를 조성하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”라고 말했다.

한편, 인사혁신처는 전(全) 정부 부처 공무원 대상 ‘상사 모시는 날’ 근절 관련 설문조사를 3월 16일부터 25일까지 10일간 진행하고 있다.
