혁신 전문 컨설팅사인 아이엔제이컨설팅(대표 지일조)이 고용노동부가 주관하는 ‘2026년 일터혁신 상생컨설팅’에 참여할 기업을 모집한다.
‘일터혁신 상생컨설팅’은 노사 협력을 바탕으로 일터의 체질을 개선해 기업의 경쟁력과 근로자의 삶의 질을 동시에 높이는 정부 지원 사업이다. 인사와 조직, 생산 관리 전반의 고질적인 문제를 진단하고 실질적인 개선안을 제시해 조직 내 혁신 문화가 자리 잡도록 돕는다.
