【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 ‘2026년 청년도전지원사업’ 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 구직 의욕이 저하된 청년들을 대상으로 맞춤형 프로그램과 밀착 상담을 제공함으로써 자신감 회복과 사회 진출을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
해당 사업은 진천군이 주최하고 진천상공회의소(회장 장수정)가 수행한다.
모집 대상은 진천군에 거주하는 만 18세부터 39세 이하 청년으로 △6개월 이상 취업, 교육·훈련 이력이 없는 청년 △자립 준비 청년 △청소년복지시설 입소 청년 △북한 이탈 청년 등이다.
이와 함께 지원이 필요하다고 인정되는 지역 특화 청년도 참여할 수 있다.
프로그램은 △1:1 밀착 상담 △사례 관리 △자신감 회복 △진로 탐색 △취업 역량 강화 등으로 구성되며, 이수자에게는 최대 350만 원의 참여 수당이 지급된다.
수료 이후에도 고용노동부 취업 지원 서비스와 연계한 사후 관리가 이어질 예정이다.
모집 기간은 오는 4월 7일까지이며, 충청북도 시군 중 유일하게 추진되는 사업으로 조기 마감될 수 있다.
신청은 진천상공회의소 방문 또는 홍보물 내 QR코드를 통한 온라인 접수로 가능하다.

Jincheon County, North Chungcheong Province, announced that it is recruiting participants for the "2026 Youth Challenge Support Project."
This project was established to support the recovery of confidence and entry into society for young people whose motivation to find a job has diminished, by providing customized programs and close counseling.
The project is hosted by Jincheon County and implemented by the Jincheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry (President Jang Su-jeong).
Eligibility is open to young people aged 18 to 39 residing in Jincheon County, including: △youths with no history of employment, education, or training for at least six months; △youths preparing for self-reliance; △youths residing in youth welfare facilities; and △youths who have defected from North Korea.
In addition, local youths recognized as needing support are also eligible to participate.
The program consists of one-on-one intensive counseling, case management, confidence restoration, career exploration, and employment competency enhancement. Participants who complete the program will receive a participation allowance of up to 3.5 million won.
Follow-up support linked with employment support services from the Ministry of Employment and Labor will continue even after completion.
The application period runs until April 7. As this is the only project of its kind being implemented among cities and counties in North Chungcheong Province, it may close early.
