대전문화재단이 오는 27일 오후 3시 원도심 복합문화공간 ‘대전테미문학관’ 개관식을 열고 본격 운영에 들어간다. 보문산 테미공원에 자리한 이 공간은 문학 전시와 아카이브, 열람, 교육 기능을 함께 담은 라키비움형 시설로 조성됐다.
대전테미문학관은 1979년 지어진 옛 대전시립도서관 건물을 리모델링해 만들었다. 이 건물은 2002년 테미도서관, 2014년 대전테미예술창작센터로 활용된 데 이어, 올해 3월부터 문학 기반 복합문화공간으로 다시 문을 열게 됐다. 원도심의 오래된 공공건물을 헐지 않고 새 기능을 입혔다는 점에서 공간 재생의 의미도 함께 지닌다.
