대전청년내일재단과 국립한밭대학교가 지역 청년의 취업과 창업, 정주 기반 강화를 위해 협력 체계를 구축했다. 청년정책을 집행하는 기관과 대학이 따로 움직이기보다, 교육과 진로, 지역 정착을 하나의 흐름으로 묶어 대응하겠다는 취지다.
