프로그램은 오는 4월부터 10월까지 월 1회 운영되며, 가족이 함께 참여할 수 있는 한국 전통문화 체험과 소통 중심의 미술 프로그램, 가족 나들이 프로그램 등으로 구성된다. 이를 통해 외국인 주민의 정서적 안정과 자기표현 능력을 높이고 다양한 문화에 대한 이해와 상호 교류를 촉진해 지역사회 통합과 문화 적응력을 강화할 계획이다.
가족센터 관계자는 “이번 사업을 통해 외국인 주민들이 안정적으로 지역사회에 적응하고 이웃과 함께 어울릴 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”라고 밝혔다.
