【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 북구 서변숲도서관이 개관 1주년을 맞아 지역 주민이 함께할 수 있는 다양한 행사를 진행한다.
서변숲도서관에 따르면 이번 행사는 3월 24일부터 4월 7일까지 3주간 열린다. 도서관 이용자와 지역 주민 누구나 자유롭게 참여할 수 있으며, 전시와 체험이 결합된 참여형 프로그램으로 구성돼 도서관 이용 경험을 넓히는 데 초점을 뒀다.
주요 프로그램으로는 2025 서울국제도서전 심사위원 선정 도서 전시와 함께, 이용자가 직접 남긴 축하 메시지 전시가 마련된다. 또 어린이와 가족을 위한 인형극 공연, 도서관 내 공간을 활용한 스탬프 미션 이벤트, 키워드 기반 블라인드 도서 대출 프로그램 등도 함께 운영된다.
행사에 참여하는 주민들은 스탬프 미션과 블라인드 도서 대출 프로그램을 통해 소정의 기념품도 받을 수 있다.
도서관 관계자는 “개관 1주년을 맞아 지역 주민과 더욱 가까워지고, 이용자 참여를 통해 도서관의 지역적 정체성과 친밀도를 높이고자 이번 행사를 준비했다”고 밝혔다. 이어 “특히 어린이와 가족 단위 프로그램을 통해 세대 간 독서 문화를 확산하는 계기가 되길 기대한다”고 말했다.

Residents participating in the event can also receive small commemorative gifts through the stamp mission and the blind book lending program.
A library official stated, "We prepared this event to mark our first anniversary, to get closer to local residents, and to enhance the library's regional identity and intimacy through user participation." He added, “In particular, I hope this serves as an opportunity to spread a reading culture across generations through programs for children and families.”
